The Wil Wheaton Project

The Wil Wheaton Project

The Wil Wheaton ProjectOn June 3, 2014 SyFy Channel aired Wil Wheaton’s new show titiled “The Wil Wheaton Project” and it is without a doubt a true shout out to all things nerdy.

From Game of Thrones to Salem, no TV show or film is safe in this Web Soup style news show. With guests like Felecia Day and the great Chris Hardwick coming on the show to help get his show off the ground, I have great hope for this show. There is no doubt that the amount of geeky media to pull from and parody is almost endless and this nerd is truly happy to drink the kool-aid this medium is dishing out.

It is too early to tell the longevity of the show and I pray that unlike Firefly this shows light doesn’t extinguish at the end of its first season. If you want to catch an episode, and I highly recommend it, you can find it on the SyFy channel every Tuesday at 10/9c and you can also head over to the official website to catch up on past episodes.
